1- Conference Facilities:-

 Madain Saleh Hotel can arrange and provide accommodation, transportation, and conference facilities for up to l00 guests. For a larger size conference, M.S.H can arrange the next door AlRawbi Wedding Halls and additional accommodation at other city hotels.

2- Outdoor Picnic and Desert Activities:

 M.S,H. can arrange upon request day excursion to neardy national and historical sites like Madakheel, Al-Harrah, Al- Hiwiyah, Tayma and Nafud huge Sand Dunes. The outdoor possibilities are almost unlimited and you can easily stay one or two weeks in the area while seeing every day a different natural and/or historical site can be visited.

3- Fly Drive Programmers:

Your travel agent can arrange for you -in addition to flight  reservation - car rental services.  Your car will be ready at Yanbu, Madina or Hail Airport. Madain Saleh Hotel cab arrange for you a chauffeured 4-wheel drive.

Reservation
A firm reservation including a nominative room list request should be made at least 10 working days before the date of arrival of the group concerned.

Letter of Authorization
All non Saudi nationals must have a valid passport/iqama to visit the government protected archaeological site. Madain Saleh. Madain Saleh Hotel Manager need to receive by fax clear copy of iqama or passport identity & valid visa page in order to request an authorization, two weeks in advance.

Cancellation Policy
Before one week the reservation should be cancelled in order to avoid cancellation charges.

Insurance
Madain Saleh Hotel is totally responsible for the insurance of all owned vehicles. For coaches leased by MSH from transport companies, we are responsible to make sure that they have their own insurance. We recommend the purchase of your own travel insurance before traveling.   

Hotel Responsibility
Madain Saleh Hotel is liable only for the service committed as per the package. Madain Saleh hotel is not responsible for flight delays however; we will do our utmost to provide the maximum assistance. Any delay in pick-up or drop on operation at the nearest airports Madina/Hail/Tabuk for reason beyond our control cannot lead to claim of refund. Nevertheless, the policy of Madain Saleh Hotel is to satisfy its customer.

Payment Terms
Total amount to be settled through bank transfer to MSH account. A copy of transaction to be faxed to MSH at least one week before the arrival of guests.

Liabilities
All liabilities of MSH are subject to and governed by Saudi law.

Very Important note
Every guest ( male or female ) must respect Saudi Islamic and cultural values.

Yanbu: The New Industrial Cit:

Located on the Red Sea and considered as one of the largest petroleum and petrochemical complexes in the world. On your way to AL-Alula, you pass through the old Yanbu named Yanbu ALNakhel after the recent creation of the new Industrial City. You can fly to Yanbu from my city in the Kingdom via jeddah or Riyadh.

Yanbu / Alula Road:

 Until the year 2007, if you want to go to Alula from Yanbu, you have to drive 650 km via AL-Madinah. Now, a new road cut the distance onto half, i.e.330 km. This beautiful road passes through small towns and oasis while crossing through the valleys the Surah Mountains chain.
